- University of Maryland Edward St. John Learning and Teaching Center – Aegis has been retained to provide a full scope of project controls services by Clark Construction for the construction of a new building that will feature state of the art classrooms that integrates the latest modern teaching technology. Work on this $40 million project will commence the summer of 2015.
- Cannon U.S. House Office Building — Aegis has been retained to provide CPM schedule oversight and management for the historic Cannon House Office Building of the U.S. Capitol. It will undergo an occupied renovation, including the addition of a new floor. This renovation will occur over a 10 year span and is estimated to cost over $700 million.
