Celebrating 20 years of Aegis

This year, Aegis celebrates 20 years of delivering superior project controls services to the construction industry.  For two decades, Aegis has helped clients deliver successful, high-impact construction projects by redefining what project controls can achieve.

Over the past 20 years, we have worked on some of the most complex, challenging, and nationally significant projects. We have also worked on hundreds of schools, fire stations, and multifamily homes. Our clients’ projects have positively impacted millions of people over the past two decades.

20 years of innovation in project controls

Aegis’ driving principle has always been that project controls are a key factor to construction success. This idea has guided our work across planning and scheduling, construction management, cost, and dispute resolution for two decades.  From our first days, Aegis has leveraged cutting-edge technology and improved processes, and has spent countless hours turning what we imagined project controls could be into reality.

Having a good reputation is hard.  Having a good reputation spanning two decades is nearly impossible. Simply put, our success is because of our people. We have the most talented and passionate team of project controls professionals in the world.  We have spent years investing in training so that our employees have the tools to deliver results for our clients.  However, over the past two decades, our singular greatest investment has been in our culture and core values.  We created our values 20 years ago, and they remain the same today.

Our company

From the beginning, we knew that if you wanted to build a company to last, you had to make sure it had all the right parts.  We continually reinvest in the business to ensure our team has the support, tools, and infrastructure needed to succeed.  Each year, we continue to innovate new approaches and technology for project controls, expand continuous education and training, and expand the services we offer. All of this reflects a simple idea: when our people have the skills, training, and tools they need, our clients see the results.

Looking ahead: Our vision for 2026 and beyond

As we enter our 20th year, this is not our victory lap. This is a checkpoint. The strength of our team, the depth of our experience, and our incredible clients put us in a position to be even more successful over the next 20 years.

Our goals remain the same: deliver world-class services, expand to new regions and markets, and continue to push the boundaries between technology and construction services.  Over the next few years, we will be announcing office openings, strategic partnerships, and technology offerings that we believe will meaningfully improve our industry.
