McKinney needed a new city hall to meet the growing community's needs, consolidate staff into one building, and create a community gathering space that the community would embrace.

The second-floor concept design included public departments like engineering and building inspections, and the third floor included a rooftop terrace over City Council chambers. The fourth floor showed spaces for more city departments and a roof deck over the ice storage building, and the fifth-floor concepts included conference rooms and the city manager’s office.

Construction consisted of a five- to six-story residential building and a four- to five-story parking structure between them. The garage and residential buildings were slab-on-grade, with no basements. The parking structure consisted of precast concrete construction with heavy structural loads on 1700 kip columns. The residence building(s) will be a wood or light gauge steel frame construction with light to moderate structural loads in the order of 5 KLF wall loads.

The Aegis Companies contributed baseline schedule development and monthly schedule updates to the demolition and rebuild of ths $15 million Beverly Hills mansion.

The Aegis Companies contributed cost management, delay and impact analysis, and planning and scheduling services to the whole site modernization of all existing permanent buildings, a new two-story classroom building, a new PE Locker building, expansion of the kindergarten building, a new administration building,

The Aegis Companies helped improve six miles of the 210 freeway by adding lanes in both directions, widening 21 bridges, and constructing sound and retaining walls. The project team also replaced existing pavement and developed drainage, sewer, and water systems.

The project comprises three identical data center structures situated within the newly established campus in close proximity to Portland, Oregon. This expansive campus encompasses a total area of 156,921 square feet and boasts a robust structural framework, featuring an impressive 4,436 tons of steel. Upon successful completion, each of these three buildings will accommodate a substantial 36 MW of capacity.

The primary scope for the ATCT includes but is not limited to a 160' tower with drilled shaft foundations, floor slabs, buckling-restrained brace frames, fire protection and detection, emergency power, furniture fixtures & equipment (FF&E) for office spaces, FAA control cab with slat-wall consoles, elevator, access control systems, HVAC, plumbing, parking lots, access driveways, fencing, and other supporting building systems and exterior infrastructure. The existing 93' ATCT will also be demolished at the end of construction after the commissioning of the new tower.

The Corridor Project widened the two-lane highway to a four-lane divided expressway. The new roadway is a four-lane, access-controlled, divided expressway. It was constructed mainly on the existing alignment, with a few sections of the new expressway on new alignments. The Corridor Project aims to minimize fatal accidents, improve safety, and reduce existing and future peak-hour congestion on State Route 46 between Paso Robles and Cholame, a critical east-west corridor connecting California's Central Coast and Central Valley areas.

The Purple Line is a 16.2-mile light rail transit line with 21 stations extending from Bethesda in Montgomery County to New Carrollton in Prince George’s County. It will provide a direct connection to the Metrorail Red Line at Bethesda and Silver Spring, the Green Line at College Park, and the Orange Line at New Carrollton, as well as all three of the MARC rail lines and Amtrack’s Northeast Corridor at New Carrollton. This project will serve the existing dense residential neighborhoods, attractions, and employment and education centers by providing faster, more direct, and more reliable service.

This design-build project provides a complete, usable, and operational mechanical pool equipment room, chemical storage space, and swimming pool. The contractor will provide each system’s full design and size to meet the pool's demand.

Aegis supported the project team’s objective to demolish and provide new pool filtration and auto chemical feeders, resurface the pool, repair cracks, and add a replacement pump and motor in case of emergency. The pool building also underwent renovations, such as replacing windows along the perimeter and upgrading the interior and exterior lighting systems.

This project was on a very tight schedule of 17 months: 2 months of earthwork and 15 months of construction.

Aegis’ concerted effort in developing a detailed schedule and managing the workforce was successful. A biweekly update kept everybody in check of progress, and delays were mitigated by extended work periods and weekend work.

The construction of the 11.4-mile "Silver Line" extension, consisting of six stations along 11.4 miles extending from Wiehle-Reston Station to Ashburn, connected Dulles International Airport to downtown Washington. Aegis worked on phase two of the project, providing on-site staff to oversee project controls, including scheduling, cost, and risk management. This complicated project, valued at $1.2 billion, includes multiple aspects of construction, such as building rail lines, metro stations, commuter parking, and bus stations, including at-grade and elevated guideways. The project schedule also included detailed activities for design, right of way, permits, civil, track, structures, facilities (stations and pavilions), and systems & commissioning.
