Aegis supported project controls and scheduling for the $85 million McKinney city hall project, designed to accommodate the city's growth, consolidate municipal departments, and create a civic destination for the community. The multi-story facility included public-facing departments such as engineering and building inspections, City Council chambers with an adjacent rooftop terrace, administrative offices, conference facilities, and the city manager's office. Through proactive planning and schedule oversight, Aegis helped coordinate delivery of a landmark municipal facility designed to enhance public services and support the city's long-term vision.

Aegis contributed planning, scheduling, and project controls expertise to the $199 million mixed-use residential development, which featured a five- to six-story residential building alongside a four- to five-story parking structure. The project included slab-on-grade construction with no basements, a precast concrete parking garage supported by heavily loaded structural columns, and residential buildings constructed using wood or light-gauge steel framing systems. Through detailed schedule management and coordination, Aegis helped deliver a complex project that integrated distinct structural systems and concurrent construction activities across the site.

Aegis developed the baseline schedule and managed monthly schedule updates for the $25 million demolition and reconstruction of a 15,000-square-foot custom residence in Beverly Hills. Through ongoing schedule management and coordination, Aegis helped track progress, stay aligned with key milestones, and support the successful delivery of a high-end residential construction project.

Aegis delivered cost management, delay and impact analysis, planning and scheduling services for the $55 million modernization of an active educational campus. The program included renovating existing permanent buildings, constructing a new two-story classroom building, building a new physical education locker facility, expanding the kindergarten building, and developing a new administration building. Through detailed project controls and schedule oversight, Aegis helped coordinate multiple concurrent construction activities while supporting effective project execution and stakeholder decision-making throughout the modernization effort.

Aegis supported project controls and scheduling for the $167 million improvement of a six-mile segment of Interstate 210. The project included adding lanes in both directions, widening 21 bridges, constructing sound and retaining walls, replacing existing pavement, and upgrading drainage, sewer, and water infrastructure. Through detailed planning, schedule management, and coordination among project stakeholders, Aegis helped deliver critical transportation improvements in phases, increasing capacity, enhancing safety, and improving long-term corridor performance.

The project comprises three identical data center structures situated within the newly established campus in close proximity to Portland, Oregon. This expansive campus encompasses a total area of 156,921 square feet and boasts a robust structural framework, featuring an impressive 4,436 tons of steel. Upon successful completion, each of these three buildings will accommodate a substantial 36 MW of capacity.

Aegis supported project controls and scheduling for the $18 million construction of a new 160-foot Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT). The project included drilled shaft foundations, structural brace frames, fire protection and detection systems, emergency power, FAA control cab systems, office spaces, elevator and access control systems, HVAC and plumbing infrastructure, and parking areas, access roads, fencing, and related site improvements. Aegis helped coordinate the delivery of these complex building and infrastructure components while maintaining visibility into critical milestones and project risks. After commissioning the new tower, the project also included demolishing the existing 93-foot ATCT.

Aegis supported project controls and scheduling for the $124.5 million Corridor Project, which widened State Route 46 from a two-lane highway to a four-lane divided expressway along a critical east-west corridor connecting California's Central Coast and Central Valley. The project included constructing a new access-controlled roadway, largely along the existing alignment, with select segments built on new alignments. Through detailed planning and schedule management, Aegis helped coordinate phased delivery of the roadway improvements, designed to enhance safety, reduce congestion, and improve mobility along one of the region's most important transportation corridors.

The Purple Line is a 16.2-mile light rail transit line with 21 stations extending from Bethesda in Montgomery County to New Carrollton in Prince George’s County. It will provide a direct connection to the Metrorail Red Line at Bethesda and Silver Spring, the Green Line at College Park, and the Orange Line at New Carrollton, as well as all three of the MARC rail lines and Amtrack’s Northeast Corridor at New Carrollton. This project will serve the existing dense residential neighborhoods, attractions, and employment and education centers by providing faster, more direct, and more reliable service.

Aegis supported project controls and scheduling for the $6.6 million design-build pool modernization project, including construction of a new mechanical equipment room, chemical storage area, and operational swimming pool systems. Working closely with the project team, Aegis helped coordinate demolition and replacement of pool filtration systems and automated chemical feeders, pool resurfacing, crack repairs, and installation of a backup pump and motor to improve operational reliability. The project also included pool building renovations, including window replacements and upgrades to interior and exterior lighting. Through detailed planning and coordination, Aegis helped keep the work aligned with project objectives and operational requirements.

Aegis guided project controls and scheduling for the $62.5 million Rock Ridge HS project, delivered on an aggressive 17-month timeline that included two months of earthworks prep and 15 months of construction. To support the accelerated schedule, Aegis developed a detailed CPM schedule and closely monitored workforce allocation and productivity throughout execution. Regular biweekly updates kept stakeholders aligned on progress, while extended work hours and weekend operations mitigated schedule risks. These efforts maintained project momentum and supported successful delivery within the demanding timeframe.

The construction of the 11.4-mile "Silver Line" extension, consisting of six stations along 11.4 miles extending from Wiehle-Reston Station to Ashburn, connected Dulles International Airport to downtown Washington. Aegis worked on phase two of the project, providing on-site staff to oversee project controls, including scheduling, cost, and risk management. This complicated project, valued at $1.2 billion, includes multiple aspects of construction, such as building rail lines, metro stations, commuter parking, and bus stations, including at-grade and elevated guideways. The project schedule also included detailed activities for design, right of way, permits, civil, track, structures, facilities (stations and pavilions), and systems & commissioning.
