In their presentation, “You can’t always Gantt what you want,” Azizi and Waltz shed light on Aegis’s expertise in packaging Gantt charts into simplistic and digestible information. Focusing on enhancing visual representation, they demonstrated how Aegis surpasses standard methods, ensuring that complex data is understandable and facilitates expedited decision-making through increased transparency. They highlighted how Aegis’s innovative strategies yield better outcomes for clients and drive project success. In Azizi and Baron’s session, “When life gives you delays, make TIA lemonade,” attendees gained valuable insights into Aegis’s rigorous methodologies when navigating TIAs. The presentation addressed common challenges encountered during TIAs and provided guidance on managing the intricacies of what’s happening beyond the sole identification of the delays. During their presentation, attendees learned how Aegis’s methodology transforms TIAs from isolated analyses into powerful tools that help navigate delays and turn them into opportunities for informed decision-making.

Integrating Gantt chart data visualization and a more rigorous approach to the TIA standard into our methodology redefines traditional dispute resolution practices, offering enhanced risk protection for owners, contractors, and partners. Through innovative strategies and a commitment to excellence, Aegis pioneers a new era of dispute resolution tailored to the complexities of the construction industry.

Our AACE Region 2 Northeast Symposium presentations underscore our commitment to excellence in dispute resolution and project management. We’re proud partners of AACE and remain dedicated to driving success in the construction industry through innovative strategies and practical solutions.
