The Challenge:
The challenge was to install new utilities, and a new structure on a crowded campus, and deliver the project early. What’s more the electrical subcontractor went bankrupt during the start of the MEPS fit out stage.
Our Solution:
We created a detailed CPM schedule which was managed on a short term basis using a Short Interval (SIPS) schedule on a da-to-day basis. We were able to help Clark Construction deliver the project earlier than anticipated and win E&R’s Healthcare Award of Merit, and best Healthcare Project.
